Helping you make your Vision a Reality

Here’s what I believe….

  • Every business is unique.

  • You can have a life and be a business owner.

  • There is always a way to do things better in your business.

  • Every business can be used to impact lives in one way or another.

I also believe….

  • We have all been placed on this earth for a purpose.

  • Each of us has the God-given ability to make a difference in this world.

  • We have all been given unique talents.

  • It is our responsibility to develop the talents you have been given because a man’s gift makes room for him and brings him before great men (Proverbs 18:16)

I applied my heart to what I observed and learned a lesson from what I saw ~ Proverbs 24:32

My extensive professional experience in the various aspects of business has set me on a mission to help business leaders turn their vision into reality – one step at a time. Throughout the years, I have had successes, learnt from costly mistakes, made wise decisions, learnt from not so wise ones, all of which have contributed to who I am today and prepared me for my mission. So basically, I'm not perfect. However, I'm grateful for every experience because there was always a lesson to learn. I remember years ago my dad once said to me, "Whether your experience is a good or bad one, there is always a lesson. Your job is to learn from it and move on". I've never forgotten that since. As a result, I am a much stronger person today and in a much better position to serve my clients and of course, you. Although my role as a coach is to help you to help yourself by giving you the ownership of change, I can guarantee you that I will not sit there and watch you make the same mistakes I've made in the past.

A little about my personal life...

I am originally from a small island in the Caribbean called Dominica. It is known as the Nature Isle of the Caribbean. Many years ago, my husband Kenrick and I moved to the United Kingdom and we now have two loving children, Jonathan and Ellianna, who are full of life. Together we’re a fun bunch who love each other and most importantly love God. We are committed to our Christian faith and believe in applying biblical principles in every aspect of our lives including business.

Along with my husband, we run a property maintenance company which serves private and commercial property owners as well as landlords within the West Yorkshire region. We also run an e-commerce business.

Despite my busy schedule, I try to commit some time each week to serve others in the community. So, I help out at the soup kitchen to serve a hot meal to the homeless and less privileged. I’m also a coordinator at a community homework club in my local area where we work with parents and carers to better support their children with homework.

Some of my favourite books:

  • The Holy Bible – That’s my manual for life…can’t do without it. I try to read the book of Proverbs at least once a month. It is packed with wisdom.

  • Rediscovering the Kingdom – Dr Myles Munroe

  • The Richest man who ever lived – Steven K. Scott – I strongly recommend that every business owner reads this book.  Scott shows us how to apply the practical principles taught in the book of Proverbs to our businesses.

  • Think and Grow Rich – Napoleon Hill - this book is loaded with wisdom.

My motto…

Be a good listener, you will hear way beyond what is said.

My favourite quote….

'You will never reach your destination if you stop and throw rocks at every dog that barks.'

~ Winston Churchill

Dogs in this quote represent the distractions on the journey to our destination. Dogs are the things that hinder us in the pursuit of fulfilling our God-given purpose. If there’s one thing I’ve learnt from my mentor is that we can’t afford to be distracted when fulfilling your purpose.

My favourite Bible verse

Philippians 4:6-7 - Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God; and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.
